Pacific Horizons of California (PHOC) focuses on creating the next generation of residential recovery environments. Our mission is to advance sustainability, ethical care, and civil liberties for individuals in recovery. Through our signature initiatives like the California Residential Recovery Tenant Association (CRRTA) and Residential Recovery X (RRX), we advocate for tenant rights and promote non-clinical, peer-supported recovery housing. We believe in fostering sobriety, mutual accountability, and community integration, ensuring our residences adhere to California's legal and zoning protections to create a safe and supportive environment.
At Pacific Horizons of California, we provide non-clinical peer-supported recovery housing designed to empower individuals in their journey towards sobriety. Our residences emphasize a supportive community and mutual accountability, allowing residents to thrive in an environment that prioritizes their well-being. We follow best practices in line with the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) and the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP). While we do not offer clinical or medical services, our focus on community integration and sustainable living ensures that every resident feels valued and respected.
Pacific Horizons of California is deeply committed to advocating for tenant rights through initiatives like the California Residential Recovery Tenant Association (CRRTA). We understand the importance of civil liberties and work tirelessly to ensure that all residents are informed of their rights and protections under California law. Our approach emphasizes transparency, community engagement, and education, empowering tenants to take an active role in their recovery. By fostering a collaborative environment, we help individuals not only to navigate their rights but also to build a supportive community that nurtures their recovery journey.
